When you sign up for Early Access, you will receive an email with a password on the 5th of April at 9 am CET one hour before the sale will start.
The first 500 orders above 135 EUR will receive a free Exercere yoga mat in our signature Soft Pink color. The mat will be automatically added to the cart.
If the mat is not included in your final order confirmation, unfortunately you were not one of the 500 first purchases.

No, the yoga mat is only reserved once you have completed your order and payment. If it sells out, this will be displayed before you reach checkout.

Yes, you can prepare your cart by Friday, April 4th until midnight. Your cart will be saved until you log in with your access code on Saturday at 10:00 AM CET, and the yoga mat will automatically be added if your order value exceeds 135 EUR. Please note that you have to refresh your cart for the mat to appear if you have prepared your cart.
If the yoga mat is sold out, you will normally be notified at checkout and will not be able to complete your order with the mat included. Please note that high traffic may affect system performance, and in rare cases, your cart may not update correctly. Always check your order confirmation to ensure the yoga mat is included in your purchase.
Yes, you can always return your products. However, if your order value drops below 135 EUR after the return, the value of the yoga mat (32 EUR) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
